A common source of conflict in relationships is money. An article picked up by the American Psychological Association newswire provides some tips on how this issue plays out and can be improved in a marriage. Additionally, when someone struggles with significant anxiety, even generalized anxiety disorder, these issues can be compounded. Chronic worry, particularly about money, is common for people with GAD. Hopefully, you have a partner that is understanding and supportive of this complication, but it is also important to try and work on yourself to help your relationship and the financial stress you feel.
