Birth Weight & Anxiety

The multitude of explanations for how people develop anxiety continues to grow, with the latest installment being that people with low birth weight may be more likely to have anxiety problems later in life. Some of the theory is that mothers who experience greater levels of stress during pregnancy often have babies with lower birth weight, and thus some connection may happen in this process. For those of you struggling with generalized anxiety disorder it could be an interesting thing to look back on and discover if this is true in your own life.
