Behavioral Therapy & Anxiety

Research has shown more evidence of behavioral therapy helping people with social phobia, this time in children. An even more interesting note is that the therapy outperformed medication for helping the children overcome their difficulty. People with GAD often have components of social anxiety, and the effectiveness of behavioral therapy for social phobia might translate well to other forms of anxiety.
