Anxiety & Sleep Problems

Some sort of sleep disturbance is common for people with generalized anxiety disorder, the most common being difficulty falling asleep. I wrote awhile ago about the Kripke sleep method that is a great self-help sleep strategy, and I recently revised the article. The method requires some discipline but can be highly effective. Give it a try in combination with other techniques to reduce anxious thoughts. Read the article here.
